These terms cover how Corvexa Studio works with you on a website or automation project. By requesting a free homepage demo or hiring us for a project, you agree to the terms below.

The free homepage demo

The homepage demo is built at no cost and with no obligation to purchase anything. It's a working preview meant to show what a full site could look like. It is not connected to your live business systems (email, phone, or booking) unless and until you decide to move forward with a full project.

Paid projects

If you choose to move forward with a paid plan, the scope, price, and timeline will be confirmed with you directly before any work begins. Pricing shown on this site is a starting point and may vary based on your specific requirements.

Ownership

Once a paid project is completed and paid in full, the website files and content are yours. We don't hold your site hostage or require ongoing payment for you to keep what was built, unless you've separately signed up for hosting or a Care Plan.

Revisions

Each plan includes a reasonable number of revision rounds during the review stage, discussed and agreed on before the project starts.

Care Plans and hosting

Monthly Care Plans (hosting, backups, updates, support) are billed separately and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling a Care Plan does not remove your ownership of the site itself, though you'll need to arrange hosting elsewhere.

Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver working, reliable websites, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes such as a certain number of leads or sales. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to use of a site we've built.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The most current version will always be posted here.
